Meanwhile, a source for E! News spoke out about Berry's pregnancy Friday, saying: "Halle and Olivier are really excited. It's a blessing. They can't wait to have a baby together."
Berry made news recently for waging a difficult and nasty custody battle with ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry over their 5-year-old daughter, Nahla.
The estranged couple reached "an amicable" settlement in November 2012, despite a brawl between Aubry and Martinez that erupted over Thanksgiving weekend and ended in a black eye for Aubry and mutual restraining orders.
